The Bay Creek Community Development District is a local, special-purpose government entity authorized by Chapter 190 of the Florida Statues, as amended, and established on November 9, 1993 by Lee County Ordinance 93-33, as an alternative method of planning, acquiring, operating and maintaining community-wide improvements in planned communities.

The District comprises approximately 313 acres and is located entirely within the boundaries of the City of Bonita Springs, Florida. The District is generally bounded on the west by Bayside CDD, on the east by US 41, on the south by Spring Creek and on the north by the Bayside CDD.

The Bayside Community Development District is a local, special-purpose government entity authorized by Chapter 190 of the Florida Statues, as amended, and established on August 14, 1991 by Florida Land and Water Adjudicatory Commission Rule 42N-1 as an alternative method of planning, acquiring, operating and maintaining community-wide improvements in planned communities.

The District comprises approximately 1,821 acres and is located primarily within the boundaries of the City of Bonita Springs, Florida. The District is generally bounded on the west by Estero Bay, on the east by US 41, on the south by Spring Creek and on the north by Coconut Road.

The district boards meet on the 4th Monday of each month at 2:00 p.m. at the PLCA Community Center.
